After the training time is determined, the next step is to determine the training instructor. He said that his educational background is not high, he basically deals with machines and seldom communicates with people, but this time the company needs lecturers, and he feels that he needs to make his own contribution to the company, so he signed up for the training lecturer with the idea of giving it a try. When Guo Zhijian came to the stage to give a lecture, he felt completely different from his usual. He wore a pair of glasses and spoke clearly and loudly. I remember when he finished speaking, I saw sweat on his forehead. I asked him curiously why. He said that he was a little nervous and worried that he could not speak well, but the result went smoothly, which gave him great encouragement and confidence.
