Hello everyone, I am Sheng Da from Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company. The topic of my speech today is "righteousness".
When it comes to "righteousness", my understanding has roughly three meanings. The first is what we usually call "benevolence" or "loyalty", which is a noble quality on the moral level. Confucius once said: A gentleman is a metaphor for righteousness, and a villain is a metaphor for profit. Some people can share happiness when the unit benefits are good, but they can't share it when they are in trouble. When the company encounters difficulties, they choose not to tide over the difficulties together, but to escape or even invest in competitors. We are not opposed to the reasonable flow of talents. What we are opposed to is the kind of person who takes away the company's technical contacts and commercial channels as a gift to the new owner for his own personal gain and at the expense of the company's interests. This is the heart that betrayed the benevolence. These acts are called "four unrighteousness": the first is unsentient, the second is ungrateful, the third is treachery, and the fourth is unrighteousness at the sight of profit. In sharp contrast to the above-mentioned people are the old employees of our Jianfeng Group. They love their jobs and work hard. I worked in an ordinary position in 10 and 20 . They have witnessed the hardships of peak entrepreneurship and bear the burden of down-to-earth and hard exploration; they are the real cornerstone of peak. is "morality". Jianfeng Group, formerly known as Jinhua Cement Factory, was established in 1958 and is located at the foot of Jianfeng Mountain. The first generation of peak people took cement as their main business. At that time, they were catching up with the country to carry out infrastructure construction. Although it was difficult and difficult to start a business at the beginning, the peak still grew slowly with the country. This is to stop. Later, Spike began to pay attention to medical and health care, pay attention to the health of the people, and developed a lot of effective, affordable good medicine. The third meaning is "meaning". Let's take a look at these three words: human, great and righteousness. Similarly, the enterprise must have the meaning of existence. In today's society, there are many enterprises with high ambitions, all kinds of investment, financing, fund-raising, playing side ball, and even doing some illegal activities. However, such enterprises that see profits and forget righteousness often do not see hope and have no future, because they run counter to the great righteousness of the nation and lose the meaning of their own existence. We know that the rise and fall of enterprises must be closely linked to the prosperity and rejuvenation of the nation. Since its inception, through the unremitting efforts of generations of peak people, it has developed from a single cement enterprise to a group company in cement, pharmaceutical, health and other industries. "Aspire to rise to the top and climb the peak forever" is our spirit and the best interpretation of the peak. In the development of the enterprise at the same time, the peak also efforts to assume social responsibility, the construction of hope primary school, and poor students to help students, donation funds, cement for urban road reconstruction, donation of medicines, poverty relief ...... It is precisely because has been adhering to the national righteousness, law-abiding, social services, the benefit of the people's concept, just have the peak today's glory. It can be said that the peak group has given a new meaning to the word "peak.
