"Zhejiang Young Craftsmen" is a training project jointly organized and implemented by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League. It is also a component of the "New Era Zhejiang Craftsmen" training support project set up by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government for high-skilled talents.
