Speaking of the most well-known landscape in Yellowstone National Mine Park, of course, is the sealed East Open Pit site. It has a radius of about thousands of square meters and is surrounded by many narrow paths, dividing the cliffs into layers. The steps that spiral down and extend are breathtaking. These paths were stepped out step by step when miners opened mines and transported them. We stood on the viewing platform and looked down from top to bottom. The mine at the bottom of the "Tiankeng" can be seen clearly. The path is even steeper. A gust of wind blows, as if to blow people down, which is chilling. Looking at these paths, I seem to see the scenes of the miners with bare arms and sweating carefully pushing the tramcar and striding hard. In the park, we also saw a lot of mine equipment, including bulldozers, mine trucks and excavators. We felt the wisdom and diligence of our predecessors and were proud of Daye's history.
