As a staff member of Huang Ping Peak Marketing Department, I learned the production process and product shipment in the manufacturing department last August, which was divided into three stages.
Phase I: The Environmental Security Department organized us to carry out cross-departmental transfer safety learning, and the Manufacturing Department conducted production safety education and learning. Safety education was carried out on the illegal phenomena and safety accidents that often occur at the operation site, which made me understand the prevention knowledge of safety accidents, cases such as occupational injury factors and on-site safety operation requirements. I should dress strictly according to the production requirements.
Phase II: Be familiar with the performance and process of each equipment and understand the role of relevant raw materials in production during equipment maintenance. During the kiln ignition production, I followed the shift to understand the actual production, which links and deviations have an impact on the quality of clinker and cement and the corresponding emergency treatment measures. For example, in the process of cement clinker production, limestone, sandstone, leaf rock, clay, iron and other raw materials are required according to the batching requirements. After being measured by belt weighing, preliminary detection and feedback are carried out through cross-belt online analyzer to the measuring scale for dynamic fine adjustment, they enter the raw material roller for grinding according to the control standard, providing the basis for kiln calcination. After metering, the raw coal enters the coal vertical mill for grinding, and the quality control requirements of the mill are adjusted in time according to the characteristics of the coal and the calcination of the kiln, so as to facilitate the calcination of the kiln. In addition, the raw meal homogenized in the raw meal homogenization warehouse is metered and transported to the preheater for step-by-step preheating, decomposition and collection into the kiln. The decomposed material undergoes calcination in the rotary kiln to form qualified clinker and then enters the grate cooler for cooling. The key to cooling is to ensure that the quality of the clinker does not change, and once again the waste heat recovery and utilization. The cooled clinker is stored in the clinker warehouse to prepare for cement grinding. This is the clinker production process in the two grinding a burning. And cement grinding is cement manufacturing cement grinding is the final process of cement manufacturing, but also the most power consumption process. The production process for the cement clinker, desulfurization gypsum, grinding aids, fly ash, coal gangue and other materials according to the requirements of the measurement with grinding products to meet the market demand, the main control indicators are fineness, specific surface area, setting time, strength and so on.
Phase III: Cement delivery is also divided into three points. The first is to understand the significance of cement multi-point alternate feeding, the second is to be familiar with the cement delivery process, cement coding and spray code control, and finally to understand the work flow and function of production equipment.
After the 24-day production practice, I have a deeper understanding of the basic knowledge of cement production. Through the practical study of the technological process and mechanical equipment of the new dry cement production, I am more familiar with the characteristics and quality advantages of the products. This internship is to improve my comprehensive ability, strengthen my understanding of quality, improve the ability to work, but also understand the production will be applied to the new process, new technology, new equipment.
