My rotation experience

After studying in Yunnan peak rotation, I gradually grew up from an ignorant college graduate. Although the time of job rotation is short, I have come into contact with many people and things in the process of learning, which let me know that I still have shortcomings that need to be corrected. The most important thing is that after this rotation study, I have a more detailed understanding of the company's entire production process, organizational structure, and daily business activities, which will be of great help to my future accounting work. This is my first contact with large manufacturing enterprises, learned a lot of things that can not be learned on campus, broaden their horizons and increase their knowledge.

The departments I study in rotation are Production and Manufacturing Department, Material Purchasing Department, Quality Management Department and Marketing Department. The production and manufacturing department is the department where I have studied for the longest time. Here I learned how cement is changed from raw materials to finished cement out of the warehouse through complicated production processes, and also learned about the production-related machinery and equipment in the factory. Then there is the quality management department, which has a very close relationship with the company's production. From the raw materials entering the factory to the products produced by the company, they must be inspected by the quality management department. The study in the production and manufacturing department and the quality management department was not practical because I lacked relevant professional knowledge. I mainly focused on probation visits. The Material Purchasing Department and the Marketing Department are two departments that are relatively relevant to my work, and I also have the ability to handle some day-to-day business. Although I have studied in these two departments for a short time, I still have a certain understanding of the business of these two departments.

Through this period of rotation study, I have a certain understanding of my shortcomings, and gradually make up for my shortcomings in future work. At the same time, we should adjust our role in time, correct our mentality, ask for advice with an open mind, and constantly learn and master professional knowledge and skills, so as to lay the foundation for future career development. In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
