Modification of raw material belt blanking point

During the Spring Festival in 2023, Huang Ping Jianfeng Cement Company reformed the waste soil blanking point of the raw material roller press system and added a material blocking device to ensure that the waste soil did not accumulate at the baffle.

Clay Belt carries the task of transporting waste soil and iron powder. As the iron raw material is easy to block the waste soil from the tail when blanking in the middle of the belt, the waste soil is stuck on the belt cover of the iron powder blanking point, which affects the continuity of production and increases the labor intensity of on-site employees. Each shift has to deal with this problem two to three times, resulting in the invalid operation of the system for nearly one hour. The manufacturing department has repeatedly carried out small leather changes on the belt cover of the iron material blanking point, but the results have not been satisfactory. The main purpose of this renovation is to make the waste soil come out of the belt cover at the rear point to ensure the operation at the belt center. As there is no room for change in the belt cover at the waste soil blanking point, technicians use the principle of redirection of packaged cement on the belt to add a material blocking device at the outlet of the waste soil belt cover to force the materials to run towards the belt center to ensure that the waste soil does not accumulate at the baffle when passing through the iron material blanking point.
