The daily clinker production of the rotary kiln has been continuously improved, and the use of tail coal has been continuously increased. At present, the use of tail coal exceeds the design capacity, resulting in insufficient use of tail coal (limited capacity of the tail coal scale), and the kiln needs to reduce production. In addition, due to the long-term overload operation of the tail coal scale, the coal feeding accuracy fluctuates greatly, resulting in frequent fluctuations in kiln conditions, and the production and quality of the rotary kiln are affected to a certain extent. To this end, Daye peak use during the overhaul of the kiln tail coal feeding rotor scale was modified. The feed part and measurement part of the modified Schenck pulverized coal scale are designed separately, which is convenient for maintenance, and the feeding accuracy is also greatly improved, which further improves the high-quality, high-yield and stable operation ability of the rotary kiln.
