This technological transformation is mainly aimed at rectifying the air leakage and unstable blanking. The air lock valve used in the vertical mill of the primary material is moved to the raw material blanking port of the roller press, which makes the raw material blanking more uniform, solves the problem of air leakage, truly realizes the energy saving, emission reduction and waste utilization of the roller press system, and also plays a good substitution effect for the rectification mode of various systems in the future.
