His eyebrows revealed a heroic spirit. His firm and bright eyes were full of confidence, giving people a feeling of sunshine. The first meeting left a very good impression on me. This young man is Liu Chao, director of Daye Peak Electric.

After entering Daye Peak, Liu Chao has been in charge of the electrical supervisor, responsible for the daily management of the electrical team, leading the electrical team to win the honorary title of the Group Company and Daye Peak Advanced Team for many times. Behind the acquisition of these reputations, it is inseparable from his own excellent quality of strict self-discipline, aggressive spirit of hard study, strong organizational communication skills, and strong professional knowledge base.

Liu Chao has excellent professional knowledge, is humble in dealing with others, is willing to help others, and is low-key and stable in life. In 2018, after I entered the packaging system, I had a deeper contact and communication with him. When I first entered the packaging system, working in a new environment, there are many things to learn. Before making some experimental changes to the packaging system, I would speak my mind to him and ask him for some electrical expertise. However, he was very humble to advise me on the ideas I put forward, and put forward a good plan and arranged electrical personnel to assist in the transformation. With his help, the packaging system has made great progress in personnel optimization, technological innovation, and economic indicators.

Liu Chao has very good working habits and strong work execution. He will regularly send the planned work arrangement of the electrical team to the communication group every day. The editing of the work content is fresh and organized, and the work done the day before and the work arrangement for the next day are orderly and orderly. The daily on-site handling records of the electrician on duty shall be clear and complete. The safety risk reminder attached to the work arrangement is simple, easy to understand and practical, so that the person who sees it is clear at a glance. There are inspections, records, supervision and implementation in the work process. It has truly achieved process supervision and control in team management.
