The appraisal of the winning companies in safety risk prevention and control is carried out by the company on the basis of summarizing the experience of the two phases of "safety and environmental protection accident-free factories" from 2014 to 2021. It is specially used to reward the safety prevention and control measures in place., The effective corporate leaders and employees. Starting from 2022, the appraisal will be conducted every six months, and three annual safety prevention and control winning enterprises will be awarded based on the two appraisal results in the first and second half of the year. Due to the epidemic, the inspection and evaluation originally scheduled for December 2022 was postponed to February this year.

In the process of inspection and evaluation, the evaluation team focused on checking the employees' mastery of "50 typical violations", the job risk identification work in place, whether temporary operations were carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Operation Safety Risk Assessment Management System", and conducted a comprehensive inspection and scoring of relevant data and on-site hidden dangers of each enterprise according to the scoring rules of the enterprises with superior safety risk prevention and control. After the inspection and evaluation, the evaluation team will feed back the score and the potential safety hazards found in the on-site inspection to the evaluated unit on the spot, give feedback and make rectification within a time limit.

Zhang Fengliang stressed in the inspection that all enterprises should improve their safety management systematically and comprehensively measure whether the existing safety work of enterprises is in place and has been implemented according to the core elements of standardized management of safety production. It is necessary to earnestly study the safety standardization standards issued by the group, check the implementation of the safety standards of the unit, and continuously improve and perfect them; to actively understand and learn the latest laws and regulations, industry standards and apply them to safety management, and continuously improve; Relevant training should be planned and focused, especially on the weak items and missing items in enterprise safety management and the work-related accidents occurred in previous years. According to the work plan and PDCA cycle management requirements, the implementation process and effect of safety standardization shall be supervised and verified.

At present, the inspection and evaluation of the company's pharmaceutical sector enterprises and directly affiliated enterprises have basically been completed, and the evaluation of the three cement enterprises will start this month. (Ni Zhenyu)
