, the pharmaceutical company strengthened the cooperation between Jinhua Charity Federation and Jinhua Central Hospital to realize exclusive distribution of special drugs of Jinyi Group. The sales of hemp essence drugs increased by more than 20% and throughout the year.

The large volume of sales of Chinese medicine tablets and the explosive growth in sales of related drugs after the optimization of epidemic control measures have increased the workload of the warehouse. When the warehouse is understaffed, cadres take the lead. Salesmen, general manager office personnel, buyers and other personnel who can be vacated are all porters and shippers. They work overtime together with the warehouse keeper to ensure that the goods arriving on the same day are put into storage on the same day, the sales orders on the same day are out of storage on the same day, and it is common to work overtime until after in the evening at the beginning of each week or when the business volume.

My first job in the company was a workshop equipment manager. At that time, I was unfamiliar with the equipment and its principles in the workshop. During the inspection and maintenance, although some of them had been learned in textbooks, I found that I could not start in actual operation. Fortunately, with the help of the teachers, I could gradually get started. Reading thousands of books is not as good as traveling thousands of miles, and reading books ten times is not as good as doing it once, which is my real feeling in the early days of my employment.

Company is preparing to build a new project in Anhui. At the time of employing people, the leader came to me. I think this is a good opportunity to learn. I thought my parents would disagree, but after a moment of silence, their words reassured me,

"Go if you have a chance! Since the company has chosen to believe you, you can do it well". So ignorant I embarked on a new journey to work in Anhui.
