News from our newspaper Recently, Jianfeng Health Technology Company obtained the invention patent "A Plant Extraction and Purification Process " authorized in 2022 . At the same time, Project "Research on Application of Modified macroporous Resin and Ultrafiltration Membrane in Plant Extract Purification Process " was carried out using this patented technology, it passed the project of Wucheng District Science and Technology Bureau 2022 Science and Technology Plan.

This technology is to extract plants through alcohol to obtain crude extract, then use resin, alcohol precipitation for purification, and finally use membrane filtration for purification, to a certain extent, as far as possible to extract impurities in the separation, so as to effectively improve the purity of the active ingredients. In the whole extraction process, only purified water and ethanol are used, and no organic solvent is used. The prepared extract does not have the problem of organic solvent residue, and the product is safer and more environmentally friendly.

The ultrafiltration membrane in this technology uses polyvinyl alcohol, dopamine, sulfonated chitosan, and modified nano-titanium dioxide, which has a longer service life and excellent antibacterial properties. The hydrophilic groups contained in the ultrafiltration membrane will combine with water to form a hydrated layer, thereby preventing colloidal particles, proteins, etc. from being deposited on the membrane surface, preventing the membrane pores from being blocked during use, and having good anti-fouling performance. The new technology significantly improves the efficiency of plant extraction, resulting in higher purity and better quality of the extract. Taking rhodiola rosea, the raw material of peak health main product, as an example, compared with the original technology, the content of main component salidroside increased from 2.55% to 4.53% , and the content of roseside increased from 2.98% to 6.29% .

The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
