In our work, every subtle link requires our serious and dedicated work. If the work is not careful, the operation is not standardized, and the cleaning is not in place, it may cause quality accidents. A wisp of flying flowers, a defect, a carelessness, are all small problems, but it is these details that determine success or failure. Take the production of our comprehensive preparation workshop as an example. The birth of a piece of medicine requires the issuance of production instructions. Weighing personnel weigh according to the production instructions. Granulating personnel check the material information and then feed and granulate. Tabletting personnel check the material information produced by granulation posts and then press tablets according to process requirements. Drugs with coating requirements are pressed and coated. Aluminum plastic personnel receive plain tablets with correct information, adjust the production batch number and validity period according to the production instructions, and then produce it through the pillow package outsourcing line after it is correct. These posts are linked and linked layer by layer. If any link is slightly neglected, for example, the weighing personnel forget to peel when weighing, it will lead to feeding errors. If the granulation and tabletting personnel do not operate according to the process requirements, the drugs produced will be unqualified, and even if a certain clearing is not in place, it will also lead to unqualified drug quality. Therefore, quality is closely related to our every operation and every tour. Only when we strictly control the quality and act in strict accordance with the operating procedures, can we prevent the slightest failure and nip in the bud. This requires us to keep our quality awareness in mind and strictly demand ourselves in our work.
