At the same time, pressure is also exerted on the team members to urge everyone to raise safety awareness, abide by safety management regulations, operate in strict accordance with safety operation procedures, and keep in mind 50 habitual safety violations.

In the process of urging the members of the guarantee group to study 50 violations, the members also took it seriously and consciously learned to recite, many of which had very touching storylines. When someone criticisms this management model, the answer I give is that people who do not take safety training seriously and do not seriously study and remember 50 violations, I do not believe that they will remember and abide by safety rules and treat safety management. Without any room for discussion, those who failed to win the 50 illegal recitations felt great pressure and said they would try their best to win as soon as possible.
