When this happens, the ash discharge pipeline is usually opened after there is no pressure in the ash discharge stop warehouse to clean up the internal ash accumulation. This cleaning of ash deposits is only suitable for cleaning vertical pipelines and distribution pipelines, but it is more difficult to clean when ash deposits in the pipelines occur in the annular parallel pipelines of air supply at the bottom of the cement warehouse. If it is directly blown by wind, the dust is large, which does not meet the requirements of environmental protection and physical health; the workload and cost of cleaning ash in openings are large, which will increase the production cost.
This optimization uses the dust collecting cloth bag to connect with the ash discharge valve pipe, turns on the Roots blower for air supply, and at the same time uses a sledgehammer to vibrate the ash discharge annular pipe to loosen the deposited ash shock. After the earthquake, the ash accumulated is collected into the dust collecting bag by the air supply of the Roots blower, and then treated. The whole operation process has no dust generation, and can clean up the dust in the parallel pipeline, the effect is very prominent.
