Completion acceptance of VOCs monitoring system of peak pharmaceutical industry

News from our newspaper On December 9, Peak Pharmaceutical Company completed the completion and acceptance of VOCs monitoring system facilities.

The VOCs monitoring system refers to the online monitoring of volatile organic compounds and environmental protection monitoring video access control facilities. According to the document of the National Ministry of Ecology and Environmental Protection's "2020 Plan for the Control of Volatile Organic Compounds" and the relevant requirements of the Environmental and Ecological Bureau of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone for the implementation of on-line monitoring of volatile organic compounds and the video entrance guard system for environmental protection monitoring, VOCs on-line monitoring equipment and facilities will be installed and networked for data transmission before the end of the year for enterprises with an annual VOCs production volume of more than 10 tons.

It is understood that the system consists of a data acquisition system, a non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzer, a wet oxygen transmitter, a zero oxygen generator, a differential pressure transmitter, a pressure transmitter, a temperature transmitter, a PLC control system, a sampling probe, a sampling heat tracing pipe, a cable line, etc. The non-methane total hydrocarbon analysis test adopts full-process high temperature, the analyzer adopts quantitative ring metering, and the high-precision FID detector monitors. At present, the system equipment is running normally, monitoring data feedback is normal, data transmission, real-time statistics, analysis, upload timely and accurate, can be realized to query real-time data can also query vertical data, information, to meet the design and specification requirements.
