On December 8, Daye Jianfeng Cement Company held a seminar on the 2023 mining planning and safety management of Jinshan Limestone Mine to analyze the changes in the internal and external environment of the mine and the management problems existing in the mine, and to discuss and formulate the 2023 mining and green mine construction plan.
The meeting was organized by the Manufacturing Department and attended by the heads of daye peak management team, mining company and relevant departments of the mechanism sand project. In view of the existing problems, the meeting required the manufacturing department to draft the mine safety management system in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and in accordance with the "Safety Management Regulations for Open Pit Mines", clarify the management responsibilities, and ensure implementation, inspection, punishment and rectification. The quality control department shall formulate a short-term mining plan to clarify the limestone mix for raw materials, machine-made sand materials and take-out limestone mining sites, and issue a daily quality notice for raw materials. The quality control department organizes the manufacturing department, the machine-made sand department and the marketing department to meet and discuss once a week to determine the limestone mining points for machine-made sand and take-out limestone, implement the supervision and inspection mechanism, and achieve the purpose of orderly mining. meeting also made specific arrangements for the access control, green covering, mining, mine transportation road planning, mine weighbridge system, limestone crushing system and other related work of the mechanism sand project. Zhang Fengliang, deputy general manager of
