green factory refers to the adoption of advanced and applicable clean production technology and efficient end treatment equipment by manufacturing enterprises, the establishment of resource recovery and recycling mechanism, the promotion of energy consumption structure optimization, the promotion of green design and green procurement, the development and production of green products, and the realization of the green development of the whole process of enterprise operation. Since the design of the project, the company has carried out systematic planning with the goal of green factory. The layout of the factory and production line, equipment selection, production process and supporting facilities have been repeatedly demonstrated from the aspects of energy conservation and environmental protection. For example, all production lines use advanced energy-saving equipment and optimize the design of pipelines to reduce energy consumption. The graded combustion technology adopted by the kiln end decomposition furnace and the latest SNCR denitration technology can control the nitrogen oxide emission concentration below 100mg/m3 , and the actual operation results of dust collection facilities and equipment can reach the national ultra-low emission standard. Since it was put into production, Huang Ping Jianfeng has specially set up a green factory management team, which is responsible for organizing the establishment of green factories, actively cooperating with scientific research institutions and equipment manufacturers in the industry, tackling key technical problems, constantly applying the latest technology and improving the production process. In terms of comprehensive utilization of resources, Huang Ping Jianfeng has been trying to use industrial solid waste desulfurization gypsum, fly ash, coal slag, ferroalloy slag, etc. to produce cement, to solve the problem of local industrial solid waste accumulation, reduce resource waste and environmental pollution. Since it was put into operation for more than two years, Huangping Jianfeng has successively passed the four major management system certifications of quality, occupational health, environment, and energy. The application of information systems such as "all-in-one card" has been gradually improved, and various energy consumption and emission indicators are better than national standards.

In order to show the achievements of green factory construction and further promote the high-quality development of enterprises, Huang Ping Jianfeng made a declaration of "provincial green factory" in 8 . After self-evaluation by enterprises, evaluation by third-party institutions, evaluation and confirmation by the competent department of industrial informatization at the provincial level in Guizhou, we finally won this honor. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
