"Sacrifice to You " on the 14th of October of the lunar calendar is the most grand festival of our dragon surnamed Miao family every year. It is a grand festival integrating celebrating harvest, offering sacrifices to ancestors and giving thanks to heaven and earth.

At the beginning of the sacrifice, a table was placed beside the ancestral god's seat, a piece of glutinous rice cake was stored on the table, and earth bowls, wine, green vegetable leaves and carp were placed on the ground, that is, the priest was asked to recite the sacrificial words. After the sacrifice, the guests and the host gathered around the table to drink and eat meat.
