Blink of an eye, I have been in Huang Ping Peak for more than three years. After coming to Huang Ping Jianfeng, I felt that I had one more "Family " , which was my team and some "Family " . They were dear colleagues in the team. We were not only colleagues, but also brothers sharing weal and woe.
I joined Huang Ping Jianfeng in 2019 , studied in Daye Jianfeng for several months, returned to Huang Ping in 2020 1 to participate in the installation and debugging of factory equipment, and after 9 was put into operation, I was transferred from the full-time inspection post of the manufacturing department to the machine repair post, and I got to know my current team colleagues.
Our machine repair class is all new employees. The company often carries out safety and knowledge training to continuously improve our job skills, which gives us confidence in fulfilling our job responsibilities. Of course, the work of a team is not only completed by the individual, but also requires the efforts, unity and cooperation of all. In the production process, material blockage caused by mechanical failure occurs from time to time. In order to repair, several tons or even more than ten tons of material, my colleagues and I shoveled back pain, sweating, clothes wet and dry, dry and wet, leaving white prints on the back of factory clothes, but we did not complain. The most unforgettable time of
was that the slag removal zipper machine of the coal mill broke down. The cinder in the mill could not be discharged out, causing the mill to jump and stop. In order to open the mill without affecting production, the maintenance cover plate could only be opened for manual slag removal. After several hours of rush repair, it was noticed that everyone had "was beyond recognition " , and his face was so dark that he could not recognize who, the moment the mask was removed, the squad leader quipped: "We are Huang Ping Peak Black King Kong. " Everyone laughed out loud.
Life is like this, with bitterness, tiredness, joy and laughter. During working hours, everyone works together and goes forward bravely. Outside of work, everyone occasionally gets together to indulge, have a few drinks, talk and laugh, sing a few songs, and feel so handsome and heroic.
Cultivation does not necessarily lead to harvest, but to harvest, one must cultivate. Fortunately, our class won the "Outstanding Team " Award from the 2021 Group Company.
