After this physical work, I also have several experiences: First of all, the working people are the most glorious. We only come to help occasionally, but it is not easy for workers who struggle on the front line to do these physical jobs for many years. Second, doing everything requires skill. Even if you do physical work, you can get twice the result with half the effort by turning brute force into ingenuity and practice makes perfect.
