Xu Junxiong: The move is out of consideration of market planning and store layout. Xishi Street is a golden business district, and it is relatively close to Jinhua Central Hospital. The surrounding area is a popular location for pharmacies. There are a large number of pharmacies here, the distance between the stores is not far, the coverage is overlapping, and the competition is fierce. Only the stores of Jianfeng Pharmacy sometimes include Zhen Ge Store, Xinhua Street Store, Tianfutang Store, etc. Among them, Xishi Street is less than
400meters from the flagship store Shi Zhen Ge. After considering the adjustment of store layout, location, store rent increase and other factors, Jianfeng Pharmacy decided to focus on the development of Shizhen Pavilion in this area and move Yishou to participate in the trip. Why did you move to Luojiatang?
Xu Junxiong: The location of the drugstore was changed to serve customers better and serve more customers. There are many schools and residential areas around Luojiatang, with large flow of people, which is suitable for pharmacy operation. In the past, the location and main business volume of the peak pharmacy were mostly concentrated in the city center of Wucheng District. In the future, it is planned to expand to the periphery of the city center, and finally form a pattern of spreading all over the city and covering counties and cities.
