Huangping spike firing system has air leakage due to processing accuracy problems. Due to insufficient workload and little influence during debugging, it has not attracted enough attention. 2021 , the kiln system production basically reached the design goal, this problem was exposed, had to use the kiln tail exhaust fan or raw material roller circulating fan with wind to help make up. Although the air leakage treatment was carried out on the inspection doors and holes of the preheater during the Spring Festival overhaul in 2022 , the rectification effect of this air valve has not been ideal.
In order to solve the air leakage problem of the air valve, in October 7#, Huang Ping Jianfeng organized technicians to carry out special rectification. Due to the position of the air valve, it is impossible to carry out structural treatment. The method of welding and mending the gap is adopted, and the high-temperature fan does not need to borrow any more force after starting up production.
Although the operation of production equipment has been improved, the valve air leakage still exists, and it is difficult to deal with it by welding. For this reason, after collective discussion, the large patrol personnel used high-temperature resistant fiber cotton to seal and carried out two treatments in 9 and 10 . After starting production verification, the air leakage problem of the sealed valve has been basically solved. Compared with the first half of the year, under the same feeding condition, the operating pressure of the high-temperature fan is stable and the air volume is still slightly surplus. At the same time, due to the reduction of air leakage, the oxygen content in the production exhaust gas has also decreased, and certain results have been achieved in reducing the cost of exhaust gas emissions.
