As a new employee of Daye Jianfeng Cement Company, I attended the management review meeting held on February 10 . Management review is that managers evaluate the completion of management work and objectives, find out the shortcomings and think about solutions. After the meeting, I had the following feelings.
Knowledge of management. Management is when managers organize, lead, and coordinate others with themselves to achieve goals. It is divided into two aspects, one is the management of people, the second is the director. Managers should fully understand the strengths and weaknesses of others when leading others to do things. They should also consider the complexity of things, and then allocate personnel reasonably so that the right people do the right things. There is often more than one way to achieve the goal, which requires comprehensive consideration, finding the best method and adjusting the strategy in time according to the actual situation, so as to ensure the smooth realization of the goal.The importance of collaboration. In the process of achieving goals, teamwork is essential in many jobs. How to achieve maximum efficiency is a question that requires careful consideration. First of all, managers need to arrange people and things reasonably. Secondly, team members should perform their own duties, unite as one, help each other, have the courage to take responsibility and think positively. Perspectives on cement production. Cement technology is very mature. Under the national
"carbon peak, carbon neutral " policy, how to produce efficiently, reduce energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution is a problem that the whole cement industry needs to think about, and it is also a problem that the cement industry is facing difficulties and needs to think carefully to seek breakthroughs. This requires managers to pay attention to and understand the national policy in time, and lead the team to walk in front of the policy, so as to seize the opportunity and win the initiative. In addition, innovation is also indispensable. New technologies can often help enterprises to establish advantages and do not fall behind in the industry competition. Therefore, managers should always pay attention to the progress of science and technology and actively study new technologies.
Awareness of environmental protection. For carbon emission reduction, I think there are several methods as follows: under the premise of ensuring the quality of cement products, find alternative raw materials, thereby reducing the carbon dioxide generated in the production process, and actively promote and apply low-carbon cement; Improve the utilization level of solid waste, more or less solid waste will be generated in cement production, and agriculture and other industries will also generate solid waste. If these solid waste can be recycled and used in production, a lot of raw materials will be saved; develop low-energy preparation and construction technologies, promote high-performance concrete, and develop new low-carbon cementitious materials; use clean energy, such as agricultural and forestry wastes, biomass fuels, solar energy, wind energy, etc., and improve energy efficiency; research and develop low-carbon technologies, Energy-saving and carbon-reducing equipment, realize green production, launch green products, and create green factories.In addition, our employees should also be based on their own work, strive to learn the corresponding knowledge, carry forward the spirit of hard work, be down-to-earth, focus on the future, and should not be satisfied with the existing achievements, so as to develop for a long time. After obtaining the honorary title of Jinhua agricultural science and technology enterprise in 2016, peak health applied for the recognition of the provincial agricultural science and technology enterprise. On the basis of the recommendation of the science and technology department of Wucheng District, through the evaluation links such as formal examination, on-the-spot investigation and expert evaluation and defense, Jianfeng Health will finally be awarded the accreditation.
