How to ensure product quality? We need to straighten out our attitude and deeply realize that we are a part of the enterprise, and the development of the enterprise can drive our development. All production operations of production personnel shall be carried out in accordance with the production procedures, and the product quality shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the process documents. The whole production process shall be carried out in accordance with the process documents, and shall not act arbitrarily. Any minor link operation may cause quality accidents if it is not standardized. A wisp of flying flowers, a defect, a carelessness, are all small problems, but it is these details that determine success or failure.

As the back office of the marketing department, I am not directly involved in the production of cement. It seems that the quality has nothing to do with me, but I think the quality of cement is important, and the quality of service is also important. When customers encounter system problems, sand and cracks on the pavement roof during the use of cement, we need to understand the problems in the first place, effectively solve the problems and serve customers well. I believe that good service quality will definitely capture people's hearts.

Therefore, in the increasingly fierce market competition, good service quality is conducive to maintaining the relationship between enterprises and customers, so that customers can increase their goodwill and loyalty to enterprises; create profits for enterprises, increase market share and expand market scope; it can also establish a good brand image of enterprises, increase their competitiveness and customer trust, and at the same time bring corresponding benefits to enterprises.

Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022.
