Daye Peak Completed the Transformation of Grey Mouth Blow Aid Pipe for Packaging Machine

The structure of the blowing aid pipe designed by the gray nozzle of the original packaging machine is too rigorous, and the blowing aid pipe of the gray nozzle is arranged from the bottom to the top. When in use, the blowing aid compressed air cannot reach the ash outlet until it passes through a check valve and a one-way valve. After the blowing aid pipe of the ash outlet stops working, due to the resistance effect of the normal operation of the packaging machine, a small amount of cement ash will return to the blowing aid pipe of the ash outlet nozzle and combine with a small amount of moisture in the compressed air, causing the one-way valve and the rear pipeline to be blocked by boron. After the transformation of the packaging machine out of the gray nozzle to help the blowing pipe separately from top to bottom, reduce a check valve, eliminate the gas pipe and check valve blockage factors.

This transformation avoids the dust generated when the plug-in workers blow out the ash nozzle, optimizes the working environment on site, reduces the workload on site of the plug-in workers, and improves the operation efficiency of the packaging machine.
