This drill simulates the scene of how the main transformer of the total power drop suddenly loses power due to the failure of the external network during the normal operation of the equipment in the whole plant. While quickly finding the cause, the backup power supply is started to ensure that the kiln is in a hot state and how the site and the central controller operate. The purpose of organizing this exercise is to summarize and find the deficiencies in the emergency plan, analyze how to improve and make everyone familiar with the standard operation, and apply what has been learned from the exercise to actual combat in case of accidents.
