Huang Ping Jianfeng cleans blanking pipe blockage online for the first time

Before this production, the preheater system of Huang Ping Peak Cement Kiln replaced two air lock valves. In order to prevent the new air lock valves from flashing and inflexible at the initial stage of production, the manufacturing department deployed forces to assist before feeding.

8 in the morning, after determining the working environment and cleaning operation characteristics on site, the on-site post workers started the cleaning work and cleaned up step by step from the material scattering table. The post personnel first use steel drill to make a through hole in the material at the opening of the blanking pipe, and make sure that the material can flow downward without being sprayed out from the opening with the help of the pumping force of the wind, and then clean it with a high-pressure water gun. After cleaning for a period of time, the original hole was temporarily closed, and another hole was opened above. After repeated, the cleaning was finally completed at 4 in the afternoon. The clearing of the discharge pipe ensures the multi-point characteristics of the materials entering the decomposition furnace and the pre-pouring of the materials entering the kiln, ensures the stability of the temperature field of the decomposition furnace body, and provides the basis for the kiln to increase production.
