This system divides the equipment of the whole factory into raw materials, kilns, finished products and packaging 4 areas, and then subdivides the areas on the basis of the areas, and each area assigns the mechanics of the area to each area to be responsible for the safety of the equipment in the area. When the equipment is in normal operation, the mechanic in each area, namely the regional inspection worker, is responsible for the inspection of the equipment in the area, and cooperates with the main inspection in the area to carry out the work, with the main inspection as the main inspection and the regional inspection as the auxiliary. The implementation of this system has changed the previous single inspection mode, combining point and surface, complementing each other, double ensuring the operation of equipment, and eliminating the blind area of equipment inspection from the management. Since the implementation of the system, the defects in the operation of the equipment have been found and solved effectively for many times, which further ensures the normal operation of the equipment.

Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
