In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Special Equipment Safety Law, in order to ensure the safety of use, pressure vessels such as boilers, gas storage tanks, filters, oil drums and pressure pipelines such as steam and compressed air must be inspected regularly. Generally, a statutory inspection is required every 3-6 , and an annual inspection is required every year to find defects in time, rectification shall be carried out in time to avoid accidents.
This Daye Peak has 31 air storage tanks, 2 filters, 7 oil distribution barrels, 2 steam pipes and 2 air pipes for regular and annual testing. In accordance with the technical specifications, the staff inspected and measured the management system of containers and pipelines, the operating conditions of the equipment body, safety accessories, instruments and pipeline wall thickness, and put forward the precautions and requirements for the use of the equipment.
