When I walked into Daye Peak, I was attracted by the beautiful working environment. The inside of the factory is clean and fresh, with sweet osmanthus fragrance, beautiful green trees, pool fountains and pleasant scenery. It seems to be in the south of the Yangtze River, which is completely different from the dust coming all the way.
"My mother's family came to see us, so happy!" Zhang Fengliang, general manager of Daye Peak, and heads of some functional departments warmly received us. They are also the "masters" who want to "pass on the scriptures and send us treasures". Mr. Zhang was particularly proud to introduce Fan Liangwu, assistant to the general manager and responsible for quality control, saying that he was the first member of the local management team to grow up in Daye.In the experience exchange on the second day, the "masters" of Daye Peak unreservedly shared their experience in cost optimization control over the years. Zhang Zong introduced Daye Peak to decompose the responsibility system target layer by layer to individuals, and then "negotiate" with various departments and individuals and quantify practical and feasible indicators to reach a consensus on the target from top to bottom. Rewards and punishments are simultaneously carried out. Positive incentives and negative incentives are shared. Cost analysis meetings are used to decompose and predict the target every month. Everyone has a target, and every month has a target, which condenses into a common force of unity. With the improvement of management, the deepening of technological transformation, and the continuous refinement of goals, employees have formed a good awareness of spontaneously doing indicators, which has played a great role in cost control. This spontaneous behavior gradually deepened into the corporate culture, rooted in the hearts of employees. I think why there are so many proposals for Daye's "three reductions and three improvements" and technological transformation projects must be full of the wisdom of all employees. The sharing and explanation of the "masters" are clear and focused, which is enough to show that they have gone through a lot of experience in their ordinary work. From their introduction, I know that under a rigorous, standardized and scientific management system, Daye Peak has trained and refined a group of capable, hardworking and management-aware backbone management talents, not only to do their own work well, but also to continuously send talents to Peak's new cement projects and open up a new battlefield for Peak Cement.In Daye Peak, more than a dozen managers were sent from Jinhua and stayed here for nearly 20 years. When we asked how long it would take to go home, they said they would go home twice a month. I think, compared with them, we work in Jinhua and are really happy to go home every day. However, they said that they were fine. Guizhou Huang Ping Peak can only go home once a month and Yunnan Peak can only go home once every two months. Ha ha, with contented people, the heart is not tired!
After studying, I met an old acquaintance -Wang Zhichun of Huang Ping Jianfeng Foundation Office in the lobby of the office building. How could he run into each other in Hubei? Only after asking did he know that Daye Jianfeng was temporarily borrowed to prepare for the mechanism sand project, and he had to run back and forth from both sides when necessary.
