Daye Peak Site Acceptance and Sampling Team was established in October 2021 5#. The team's functions were transferred from the Manufacturing Department to the Quality Control Department. The team is composed of the original site acceptance personnel of the Manufacturing Department and the control team of the Quality Control Department. They are all female employees and are mainly responsible for the acceptance, sampling and ex-factory cement sampling of raw combustion materials. At the beginning of the formation of the team, due to the change of roles and responsibilities, it faced a series of difficulties and challenges: the original manufacturing department personnel knew little about the sampling requirements of raw materials and cement, and the quality control department personnel were unfamiliar with the on-site acceptance process and standards. In order to ensure the normal operation of the site class, the department has organized theoretical and on-site practical operation training for many times, and encouraged team members to learn from each other's strong points, communicate more, communicate more and learn more. You taught me the matters needing attention in the on-site material acceptance. I told you all the details to be paid attention to in sampling, and soon formed a good learning atmosphere of "pass, help, belt " . In less than a month, all personnel successfully passed the department assessment, met the requirements for their posts, and all the work was carried out in an orderly manner.
The site acceptance sampling class has been established for one year since its establishment. With the change of roles, everyone is working hard to adjust their working conditions, change their working methods and methods, and are not afraid of being dirty or tired, and work hard. On the premise of not reducing the work content, the number of personnel in the site acceptance sampling class has been reduced from the original 6 to the current 4 .
