Zhuge Liang and Pu'er Tea

When it comes to tea, I believe everyone is familiar with it. China's tea culture is popular, and you can drink it on large and small occasions. There are many kinds of tea, green tea, black tea, white tea, black tea ... Different places have their own characteristics of tea, and tea culture varies from place to place. In our place, the place name has the same name as tea, Yunnan Pu'er, its unique taste and unique effects are now known by most people.

Pu'er City is a small city in the southwest of Yunnan Province. In ancient times, the Simao Hall of Pu'er Prefecture included the six major tea mountains in Yunnan, which was also the largest tea trade distribution center in Yunnan at that time. Most of the tea from the six major tea mountains is concentrated in Pu'er Prefecture for processing, and then paid tribute or sold to all parts of the country, hence the name Pu'er tea. For the local people in Pu'er, when they talk about tea, they think of Ximahe and Zhuge Liang. Legend has it that during the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang led his army to the south and passed through dense virgin forests. He had never encountered a similar situation, so the resourceful Zhuge Liang did not do safety protection. After entering the forest, the troops were poisoned by miasma and fainted on the ground. At a time of great crisis, he was able to recover with the help of local residents and sent ginger tea soup to detoxify. The army repaired the Ma River in Pu 'er, contained the tea in its mouth to avoid miasma before departure, and finally overcame the difficulties and continued the southern expedition. Now Pu'er City has erected a statue of Zhuge Liang holding tea in his hand and looking out at meditation in the city, keeping this history in people's hearts.

Pu 'er tea is divided into cooked Pu and raw Pu according to whether it has been fermented or not. The color of Shengpu is dark green, with strong irritation, mainly to relieve fatigue, and also has anti-cancer effects; cooked Pu is pork liver color or dark brown, with a smooth and mellow taste, and has the effects of nourishing the stomach and nourishing the skin, which is liked by most women.

Now Pu'er has been developed into an environmentally friendly sightseeing city, with tea gardens and tourist plank roads everywhere. Every afternoon, the simple Pu'er people will come to the tea garden for a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery while exercising.
