There are too many knowledge points in the book, and I haven't read and understood them all. Here are three points that I am most impressed.
First, recognize yourself before communicating. We sometimes feel that we can't communicate with someone. We all speak Chinese, but we speak chicken and duck. We almost think that the other person has a hearing problem or a brain problem. Rest assured, when we think this way, the other person thinks the same way. When communicating with people, it is more important to end the conversation politely. First of all, you can't show impatience, you can't look around and keep looking at your watch. When explaining, be sure to apologize, smile and shake hands with each other. You can also end the conversation with a tactful hint or some technique, such as asking someone to call yourself, it feels like something happened suddenly.
