In the early stage, the control mode of the stirring pump was transformed by the Spring Festival overhaul. The direct control of the drawer cabinet was changed to the speed regulation control of the frequency converter of the frequency conversion cabinet. In the middle stage, the driving mode of the stirring pump was transformed from the driving mode of the stirrer driven by the three-phase asynchronous motorreducer to the direct driving mode of the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the reducer was canceled. After the transformation, the operating current is reduced from the original 14.5A to 4.6A .
