Daye Peak Completed Desulfurization Tower Stirring Pump Transformation

News from our newspaper # February 30 , daye peak cement company used medium repair to transform the desulfurization tower 1# , 2# , 3 stirring pumps, and put them into use on 9# December 3 . After operation, the energy saving effect was remarkable and the transformation purpose was achieved.

Daye Peak Desulfurization Tower Stirring Pump Since its completion, three-phase asynchronous motor and reducer have been used to drive the agitator. The control is directly controlled by drawer cabinet. The problems such as large vibration and oil leakage of reducer have not been eradicated. In order to better reduce production costs and actively promote energy saving and consumption reduction, Daye Peak has reformed the mixing pump. The transformation was carried out in two times. In the early stage, the control mode of the stirring pump was transformed by the Spring Festival overhaul. The direct control of the drawer cabinet was changed to the speed regulation control of the frequency converter of the frequency conversion cabinet. In the middle stage, the driving mode of the stirring pump was transformed from the driving mode of the stirrer driven by the three-phase asynchronous motor

reducer to the direct driving mode of the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the reducer was canceled. After the transformation, the operating current is reduced from the original 14.5A to 4.6A .
