News from our newspaper # February 29 , Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company's waste heat power generation boiler steam-water online detection automatic dosing renovation project entered the commissioning stage.
The project was filed on 6# September 22 , 7 March 22 , and the construction team entered the site during the kiln shutdown in 8 . After nearly 10 days of continuous operation, the project entered the commissioning phase on 8 January 29 . After the project is put into operation, it can realize centralized sampling of boiler steam and water to the sampling analysis room, fully automatic sampling analysis, dynamic monitoring, and has monitoring and alarm function to improve the stability and reliability of measurement data. The phosphate dosing pump automatically dosing according to the on-line detection results of phosphate root, the liquid level of the on-site dosing tank is displayed centrally in the central control, the automatic dosing system automatically calculates, and carries out accurate dosing control according to the boiler water index, so as to meet the setting of each control index and realize the functions of automatic dosing and excessive dosing protection.
The direct benefits of this project are reflected in the reduction of labor, followed by the improvement of boiler operation safety and service life of the invisible benefits. (Chen Shiye)
