Daye Peak Won Utility Model Patent Again

"Carbon Peak, Carbon Neutrality " , how to dispose of and utilize CO2 has become a technical problem for high carbon emission enterprises. For cement plants, steel plants and other flue gas CO2 , the traditional technical method is mainly through chemical reagents to capture, and then through purification, compression for liquid CO2 products, due to technical difficulties, reagent replacement frequent, high cost, not easy to widely spread. The use of mineral sequestration CO2 has the characteristics of good stability and high carbon sequestration rate, which can achieve the purpose of carbon capture and utilization, and can recycle solid waste. The prepared materials can be widely used in the construction field to achieve large-scale consumption. Based on this, the device designed by Daye Peak can directly use the kiln tail flue gas CO2 to cure the waste residue, as well as the device for microbial cultivation and adding the waste residue, to realize the carbon fixation and modification of the waste residue, which provides strong hardware support for the optimization and promotion of the technology of microbial collaborative waste residue capture kiln tail flue gas CO2 , to a certain extent, it solves one of the technical problems in the preparation of building materials and the design of equipment.
