在沟通交流能力培训课程上,屈晓亮老师从对沟通的认知、沟通的技巧、向上沟通三个方面,向员工们详细阐述了什么是沟通、怎样去沟通。他提出,沟通不仅仅是对话,聆听和有效反馈也是非常重要的,要注意保证最大效率、最佳时机、最佳方式等原则,选择不同的沟通方式,注意及时反馈,才能够将沟通的效率最大化,做好所负责的工作。为了强化员工对沟通的认知,屈老师用了许多生动真实的例子来进行阐述,还通过视频和例题来增强员工对沟通技巧的掌握度,课堂上气氛活跃,互动频繁。

参加了基层主管核心管理能力提升训练培训,我有几个方面的体会。
老师给我们带来了诸多实际案例,并结合案例分析我们原有的思维方式,希望我们能够学习案例中成熟的经验和好的做法,努力提高自己的思想认识和理论水平,同时正确处理好工作中的每一个角色关系,合理安排,统筹兼顾,从工作角色的认知中找到自己的主要作用。
做好一天的工作任务后,我们应该做些什么?我们要对自己一天所做的事情做好分析总结;对以后的事情定下一个目标,做好计划和安排;必要时与下属沟通思想工作,了解下属的状态与需求;必要时做好思想工作,对好人好事提出及时性奖励申请,可以是物质精神方面的激励,但考核并不是目的,目的是引导方向。
通过建设学习型组织的课程,使我真正认识到如何工作学习化、学习工作化,从实践中来,到实践中去。并结合我的本职工作,对如何组织学习的问题,也有了自己粗浅的认识和思考。那就是以问题作为培训课题,以工作现场作为培训现场。
如何树立威信,提高执行力?其实只要做到诚实做人,认真做事。我们常说,诚诚实实做人,认认真真做事。做人要有一个做人的标准,做事也要有一个做事的原则。但具体到实际工作中,常常是有制度,有措施,却还是有违章。究其原因,就是一个态度问题,一个责任感强不强的问题,一个做人是否诚实、做事是否认真的问题。要时刻牢记执行工作没有任何借口,要视遵守规则为美德;工作中无小事,工作就意味着责任,无论在任何岗位,无论做什么工作,都要怀着热情、带着情感去做,而且要竭尽全力、尽职尽责地做好;要时时刻刻、事事处处体现出守规矩、诚实的态度和负责、敬业的精神。

作为基层管理工作的一员,此次培训让我真正了解到班组长的作用,对自己的职责、角色有了更深的认知。通过此次培训,深深体会到作为一个班组长,不仅要具备善于沟通、执行力强、影响力大、带领班组人员等管理能力,更要掌握足够的技能,与人共事的人事技能以及思想技能。
此次培训中有几个问题值得深思,如为什么会同样的事情总是在重复发生,为什么总是在“救火”?这些问题说明一个企业确实存在的问题,也是不可避免的。但要做到如何解决,不同的角度以及处理的结果则是截然不同。
不同的角色存在不一样的想法,如业务技术型、盲目执行型、得过且过型、劳动模范型、哥们义气型等,这些类型的存在则代表着一个班组的风格,做事、办事效率、凝聚力以及管理上的难度。形形色色的角色,也是考验管理人员的把控能力,一个角色的转变能在管理上得到一个突破。
首先,要树立威信,是管理人员行使管理职能必须要有的。如果失去了威信,或者说没有了威信,就等同于失去了把控力,面临的局面则是一盘散沙,各自为战,工作将无法继续,未能履行角色职责。
其次,责任心是一个人的态度,代表了一个人的执行力。
再次,角色的认知是对自己角色的规范、权利和义务的准确把握,明确了角色认知,在工作中才能合理安排,有决策、有执行,才能做好往后的工作。把握好下属对自己的期望值,才能使班组具有良好的凝聚力,公平公正、以身作则、能听取他人的意见是作为一个管理者所需要做到的,也恰恰是下属对管理者的期望。同时也要把握好上级对自己的期望,能独当一面、有责任心、有上进心、出成绩出人才、忠诚,作为下属,具备良好的心态、开阔的视野,把控的能力是上司对自己的期望,在此中不断学习,不断进步才是作为基层管理者具备的条件。
通过此次培训学习,我明白了角色、定位、职责的重要性,上、下级的期望,将在工作中逐步实践。清晰的目标可以激发向上努力的意愿和力量,只要有明确目标,终有一天必会成功。只是在成功前,历练和学习是必不可少的,没有明确的目标就没有着力点,到头来终将一事无成。

此次的培训,分别从沟通认识,沟通之表达、倾听、回应,沟通技能的开发,不断自我成长等四个方面阐述“有效沟通”,并围绕工作、家庭、生活列举了不少现实版例子,情真意切,令人感触深刻、受益匪浅。
作为一名营销员,我对沟通的重要性深有体会。此次的学习让我学到很多东西,如沟通中应注意的细节、沟通的要点、有效化解冲突,正确批评、赞赏人的方法,以及与上级、客户、同事之间良好沟通的技巧等,都使我受益匪浅。通过培训,我认识到自己在沟通过程中存在的不足,这对我以后的工作将会有很大的帮助。特别是在与终端客户交流沟通时,我们首先要摆正自己的位置,沟通时心态要好,不能自私、自我、自大,注意对方的情绪、需求与不便;相处中也要以诚相待,主动问一下工作中的难题,主动帮忙解决难题,都会促使双方相互理解。所以在与人交往中,心态是沟通的基本问题。我希望通过学习能克服一些自身的缺点,改变工作的态度、方式、方法,继而全身心地投入到以后的工作中,来提高自己的工作效率。

沟通是我们人与人交往所必需的,有五大因素影响着我们的沟通效果,它们分别是信息、心态、场域、对象和技巧。我们脑子里想的和表达出来的意思对不上,这样就会给工作和生活带来不便。所以我们要先明确目标,简短挑重点,说话要有底气,这样别人才能明白我们所要表达的信息,这才是有效的沟通。
其次,我们也要善于倾听别人的看法,做到重点明确,目标清晰,关注事实并且内容具体充实,逻辑和结构也要注重,要做到同心理倾听,这样我们才会听懂对方的动机、愿望及处境,把自己代入对方的处境去感受对方的思维模式,才能有效了解对方的意图。
最后,我们要不断自我成长,学习更多的知识和技巧,了解他人的需求,让别人看到我们身上的闪光点,加深印象。

沟通是人与人之间交流的桥梁,没有沟通就没有相互交流的平台。在当今社会日常生活中,有效沟通技巧起到非常关键的作用,真诚而有效的沟通才能增进情感,才能化解矛盾。所以,我们可以通过沟通彼此了解,彼此配合,理解彼此的需求,通过反馈的意见来提高工作效率。良好的沟通能力可以创造一个宽松、舒适的人际环境,进而能最大限度地发挥自己的潜力。而沟通也是需要技巧的,同一件事情,不同的沟通方式给人的感觉迥然不同,达到的效果也截然不同。

沟通的意义不仅仅是信息交流的对话,更重要的是感情的交换。除了工作交流之外,大多数沟通的目的其实是为了拉近两人之间的感情,通过交谈拉近关系。平时沟通中也需要注意说一些对方“爱听的话”。另外我们在沟通时还要注意认真地聆听和及时地反馈,我们自己的记忆力并不靠谱,也许交谈结束后许多东西都已经忘记了,并且主观意识很多时候会影响我们对交流信息的理解,造成误判,所以我们应当学会使用工具记录,以保证工作内容信息的完整。最后,在知道了这些并且经过沟通技巧的学习后,我相信我在日后的工作交流中会更加得心应手,和同事之间的相处也会越来越好。
