7# January 23 , Huang Ping Outdoor Multi-event Competition and Star Music Festival will be held as scheduled. At 5 in the morning, with the rising sun and smelling the fresh air, the colleagues who participated in the activity set off from Gulong to the old state activity site. This activity has four events: single bicycle, half marathon, 5 km experience group and three events. according to the preliminary statistics of the activity side, nearly 1700 outdoor sports enthusiasts from inside and outside the province participated.

Considering that we usually have less exercise, the leaders suggested to choose 5 km experience group. The starting point of 5 km is Qingyun Gate, Jiuzhou ancient city, passing through Qielan Square, Riverside Avenue, Dongcheng Gate, and finally returning to Qingyun Gate.

The athletes are all gearing up and eager to try, with confidence on their faces, as if to say: "5 kilometers is just like that, and they don't worry about not being able to run. " However, imagination is beautiful, reality is cruel, and when running, they find that it is completely different. At the beginning of 1 km, everyone was able to keep up with each other. after 2 km, their physical strength decreased and their legs began to weaken. I felt that after a long time, I actually ran 15 minutes. the remaining 3 km basically ran to the finish line while walking.

km ran down, everyone was sweating like a pig. Some sit on the next steps gasping for rest, some walk slowly to relax their legs, and some help each other walk slowly to rest. Amateur runner 5 km is qualified if the whole journey does not exceed 30 minutes. Most of our team has exceeded 30 minutes, but none of us gave up halfway. The most important thing in the world is perseverance, and so is work and life. Although the process is difficult, as long as you persevere, there will be results. Whether the result is good or bad, can have a clear conscience.

Running is a normal fitness exercise on the surface, but when you devote yourself to running, you will find that running is actually a process of self-cultivation and continuous improvement. It is a process of constantly surpassing the limit, but there is no end. Although the process is hard, but people are very happy. In life, we will face all kinds of "tired " , and running may also be a good way to relieve stress.

The road of life is boundless, like a marathon without knowing the end. Along the way, you will meet all kinds of beautiful scenery, and you may also encounter difficulties and setbacks. No matter what we encounter, we can not stop the pace of progress. Come on, guys! Let's run!
