That's because people like us who are not familiar with mountains don't know where there are more bacteria and less bacteria, so they can only move around when entering the mountains. The focus is not on the amount of bacteria picking, but on playing. Unlike those who earn money by picking up bacteria, they are very familiar with every mountain around them, and the purpose of entering the mountain is to work.
On Saturday, we packed up our equipment and got on the bus. We drove all the way to the foot of the mountain, carrying baskets and baskets on our backs and walking towards the mountain full of expectation. I walked around a long way, but I didn't see any fungus. It makes people wonder if I came to the wrong place. At this time, my best friend cheered: "Let's go inside again and see if there will be any surprises. " Sure enough, a green fungus appeared in front of us. This kind of fungus is called green fungus, which many people like to eat and the price is quite high in the market. Generally fried to eat, fragrant and crisp, cooking soup is also good, soup is fresh and sweet, the entrance is slippery. We picked up everything we could eat and went back to have a bowl of mixed fungus soup.
Go further and see a large piece of white fungus, which is white spicy fungus. Break it apart and white slurry will flow out. Lick it with your tongue and you can taste the same spicy taste as chili. It can't be sold in the market because not many people like to eat it, but it is still a delicious dish after being washed, crushed and fried with sour bamboo shoots and spicy millet. I decided to pick up all these white spicy bacteria and marinate them. After steaming, they were dried and marinated in a jar with seasonings. When they were ready, they were taken out and shared with everyone.
There are too many white spicy bacteria. I will fill up the basket soon. I can only carry these bacteria to the car first and then turn back. In addition to the number, the mountain fungus species is really a lot: green head bacteria, milk paste bacteria, flower fungus, dried bacillus, rice soup fungus, red fungus, chicken oil fungus, black trumpet fungus ...... colorful, really make people love. These wild bacteria are nutritious and delicious natural green food, and I think of dishes made when I see them.
Walking in the woods, listening to the sweet singing of birds and the hoarse cries of insects, a gust of wind blowing, branches swaying with the wind, rustling, as if to greet me. The water droplets on the leaves have not evaporated. Under the sunlight, they are like crystal clear pearls, very beautiful.
