News from our newspaper # February 29 , the scientific research project of the final grinding system of the raw material roller press of Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company successfully passed the on-site inspection of the high-quality development green manufacturing engineering project of Yunnan manufacturing industry and will receive special financial support.
Compared with the mainland, Yunnan's industrial development has problems such as backward technology and slow upgrading and transformation. The cement industry also has many weak links such as small single-line scale and high energy consumption per unit product. There is a certain gap between the progress of double carbon, double control of energy consumption and the requirements of the upcoming "Cement Energy Consumption Quota per Unit Product" 2021 edition. In order to implement the new development concept of deep integration into the new development pattern, make every effort to promote the construction of a strong industrial province, focus on creating "three cards", optimize and upgrade traditional industries, cultivate and expand emerging industries, accelerate the layout of future industries, and promote the new development concept of high-quality development of manufacturing industry, Yunnan Province has specially set up a provincial special fund subsidy for high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
Yunnan Jianfeng's final grinding system project for raw material roller press declared this time was implemented in 2020 9 , and the main project was put into operation in 2021 7 . The project adopts the energy-saving technology recommended by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Compared with traditional vertical mills, it has the advantages of low energy consumption, high operational reliability, and low noise. According to the designed technical specifications, when the power consumption per ton in the process of the raw material roller press system is reduced by 3.0 kW compared with 2019 , the output per hour is increased from 280 tons of the original vertical mill to 350 tons, and the raw material fineness 0.2mm sieve surplus is lower than 2.0% , which not only effectively improves the output and reduces the power consumption cost, it can also reduce carbon dioxide emissions 6 thousand tons, and the environmental benefits are also very significant. Since the project was completed and put into use for one year, the monthly average hourly output has exceeded the design target, and the power consumption of the process has also been reduced to a certain extent. At present, Yunnan Jianfeng is communicating with the design and construction unit to study and determine further optimization plans.
The expert group for this on-site inspection is led by Zeng Tao, deputy director of energy conservation of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, experts in the field of energy management and relevant leaders of the industry and information departments of Pu'er City and Simao District. During the verification, the expert group carefully understood the equipment model, operation and consumption at the production site of the final grinding system of the raw material roller press, and listened to the report on the construction process and operation effect analysis of Yunnan peak project. Progress in disbursement of funds and reporting on work done and achievements made in energy conservation and carbon reduction. The expert group believes that the design concept of Yunnan peak declaration project and the application of energy-saving and carbon reduction technology are worthy of recognition, have a certain advanced nature in the industry, and play a good exemplary role in promoting technological progress and energy-saving and carbon reduction in the cement industry in Yunnan Province, and are allowed to pass on-site verification.
