Yunnan Jianfeng's final grinding system project for raw material roller press declared this time was implemented in 2020 9 , and the main project was put into operation in 2021 7 . The project adopts the energy-saving technology recommended by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Compared with traditional vertical mills, it has the advantages of low energy consumption, high operational reliability, and low noise. According to the designed technical specifications, when the power consumption per ton in the process of the raw material roller press system is reduced by 3.0 kW compared with 2019 , the output per hour is increased from 280 tons of the original vertical mill to 350 tons, and the raw material fineness 0.2mm sieve surplus is lower than 2.0% , which not only effectively improves the output and reduces the power consumption cost, it can also reduce carbon dioxide emissions 6 thousand tons, and the environmental benefits are also very significant. Since the project was completed and put into use for one year, the monthly average hourly output has exceeded the design target, and the power consumption of the process has also been reduced to a certain extent. At present, Yunnan Jianfeng is communicating with the design and construction unit to study and determine further optimization plans.
The expert group for this on-site inspection is led by Zeng Tao, deputy director of energy conservation of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, experts in the field of energy management and relevant leaders of the industry and information departments of Pu'er City and Simao District. During the verification, the expert group carefully understood the equipment model, operation and consumption at the production site of the final grinding system of the raw material roller press, and listened to the report on the construction process and operation effect analysis of Yunnan peak project. Progress in disbursement of funds and reporting on work done and achievements made in energy conservation and carbon reduction. Lancang Airport is located in Donghi Town, Lancang Lahu Autonomous County, Pu'er City. It is the center of the "three counties" and "Pu'er Green Triangle" tourist areas of Lancang, Menglian and Ximeng, with a wide range of radiation and obvious location advantages. The project is a national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" construction project and a key construction project in Yunnan Province. It was approved by the State Council and the Central Military Commission in January 2013. It started construction at the end of November 2014 and is expected to be completed in April 2017. The current project of Lancang Airport is designed to meet the target of 250000 passenger throughput and 750 tons of cargo throughput by 2020, including the construction of a 2600-meter-long and 45-meter-wide runway, the construction of a new 3000-square-meter terminal building and 4 apron parking spaces, including communication, navigation, lighting, meteorology and other supporting projects.
