Yu Fucai, who entered Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2020 , is also an operator in the raw material workshop. He said that taking part in the identification of vocational skills level can further strengthen his study and improve both enterprises and individuals. Every time he takes an examination, he can deepen his understanding of relevant knowledge and the work will be more convenient. Moreover, enterprises can independently identify and arrange training and examinations in a unified way, which is more convenient in time.
