No matter using the mat or opening the window for ventilation, it is too stuffy to sleep. When I was a child, I would put a big wax gourd of my own in my home. The wax gourd is big and long. I sleep with it in my arms at night in summer. The wax gourd skin is cold and cool. It is really unique. It is better than an electric fan.
