Due to the large resistance of the preheater system in the production process and the unstable fluctuation of the negative pressure at the outlet of the decomposing furnace, crust occurs frequently near the windward surface of the tertiary air duct of the decomposing furnace, and the collapse of large crust affects the stability of the system. In order to alleviate this phenomenon, Huang Ping Jianfeng used the kiln to stop for maintenance and carried out technical renovation on the junction of the cone part of the decomposing furnace and the straight cylinder to reduce the diameter by meters. After
modification and optimization, the pumping speed from the cone part to the straight cylinder part of the decomposing furnace is appropriately increased, and the crust of the cylinder caused by the long-term residence or the formation of reciprocating circulation of the material in the furnace in the main combustion area of the decomposing furnace is reduced. After a period of operation, the negative pressure at the outlet of the decomposing furnace was reduced by 200Pa compared with the previous one, and the fluctuation range was stable compared with the previous one.
