In order to alleviate this phenomenon, Huang Ping Jianfeng used the kiln to stop for maintenance and carried out technical renovation on the junction of the cone part of the decomposing furnace and the straight cylinder to reduce the diameter by meters. modification and optimization, the pumping speed from the cone part to the straight cylinder part of the decomposing furnace is appropriately increased, and the crust of the cylinder caused by the long-term residence or the formation of reciprocating circulation of the material in the furnace in the main combustion area of the decomposing furnace is reduced. After a period of operation, the negative pressure at the outlet of the decomposing furnace was reduced by 200Pa compared with the previous one, and the fluctuation range was stable compared with the previous one.
