In severe cases, it can be blocked to the kiln mouth and the clinker in the kiln cannot be discharged. This phenomenon is called pile "snowman " . Once the grate cooler forms the phenomenon of pile "snowman " and is not handled in time, it will cause serious consequences to the equipment and production. "Snowman " often has to stop kiln treatment, which not only affects production, but also affects the operating life of equipment, and it is also very easy to cause personal injury during treatment.
