News from our newspaper days ago, daye peak cement company's supporting wheel oil temperature cooler was put into use after more than 1 months of installation and debugging. Daye Peak originally cooled the kiln supporting wheels by compressed air and water spraying. In this renovation, kiln supporting wheels were each added with sets of lubricating cooling circulation devices, which were installed on the kiln piers and controlled by DCS program. When the oil temperature was higher than a certain temperature value, the cooler was automatically turned on, and when the oil temperature was lower than the set temperature, the cooling was automatically stopped. After the kiln supporting wheel oil temperature cooler is put into use, the cooling effect is good, the electricity cost of the air compressor can be saved by more than 110,000 yuan per year, and the problems such as noise and surface corrosion of the supporting wheel during compressed air cooling can be eliminated.
